I have a multifaceted approach towards counselling & therapy and provide treatment plans on an individual basis.

Through my own healing and personal journey, I have experienced that a multifaceted approach to therapy can be particularly successful.  Ongoing recovery can be reached by harnessing and incorporating the mind, body, and spirit.  I use various therapy methods that are unique to each individual. 


My priority is to create a safe, gentle, non-judgemental and compassionate space where you can express your struggles, fears and worries while building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust.

Practicing from a holistic, client-centred, and strength-based approach, I help adults, adolescents, and families explore their strengths and access their own innate wisdom.


Techniques are based on a belief that every person holds the unique potential to discover, and develop their individual inner resources and strengths.
