It is an ongoing emotional struggle as they travel down the path from dependence to independence. This stage may not only be difficult for teenagers but parents as well. Teens may begin to challenge parents and other adult authorities, test their boundaries which can lead to growing conflict.
When talk therapy alone isn’t enough, incorporating energy balancing helps clear the blockages that may have occurred to our chakras and bring our bodies and lives back into flow and vibrant health. Online psychotherapy is a great option for people who may not be able to access in-person therapy or simply prefer being in the comfort of their own home. I offer video-based sessions for my clients as well as phone-based sessions. In my experience, online therapy is as effective and just as personal as in-person sessions.
